Definitions  

These terms and conditions apply to each request for a quote from www.translateyourdocuments.com for provision of translation services for documents and for provision of services following acceptance by the client of a quote from the company.

For the purpose of these terms and conditions “the Company”, “we”, “our” or “us” refers to ‘Hallelrose Solutions Limited’. The “Client”, “Customer” or “you” refers to the company, firm, body, organisation or person contacting the company to undertake services on its behalf.

Other definitions included in the terms and conditions include the following:

• “Agreement” is defined as the agreement between the Client and the Company governed by the Terms and Conditions.
• “Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions.
• “Order” means a confirmed request by you for our Services.
• “Services” means translation services performed by us for you.
• “Work materials” means any information communicated or transmitted to us by you in order to perform the Services provided herein.
• “Confidential Information” means information (in any form) which is confidential either to you or to us and which either you disclose to us or we disclose to you in connection with the Services

In submitting an Order, the Client enters into a binding Agreement with the Company, covered by the following Terms and Conditions:

Applications

In order to use any of the translation services that are available on this website then all clients must first create an account with www.translateyourdocuments.com. This will require the client to enter some personal information. For more details on how we handle this information please refer to our privacy policy.

Intended use of document translation services

The Client shall always clearly indicate in writing the intended use of the document translation.

Unless otherwise requested in writing by the client a document translation by www.translateyourdocuments.com is undertaken for information and understanding purposes only. This is of a high enough standard for use in any general correspondence.

If requested in writing, the translation may be the final document which will not be further edited by the Client or other related third parties nor be required for

• Tenders
• Contracts, insurance, patents and other legal purposes
• Printing or publication
• Advertising
• Any other purposes, where the particular rendering of the text is liable to be of consequence, all of which will necessitate a higher level of accuracy and/or proof-reading and therefore will be subject to a proof-reading charge as shown on the price list.

Should the Client wish to use the translation for any other purpose than that for which it was originally intended, then the Client shall have to obtain confirmation in writing from the Company that the translation is suitable for the new purpose. Please be aware that The Company reserves the right to amend and adapt, at the cost of the Client, the previously supplied translation document, if this is necessary, for its new purpose.

In instances where the purpose of the translation is not disclosed to the Company, the Company shall proceed with the translation as if it were for information purposes only.

Quotations

Quotations are not binding on the Company and are given subject to confirmation by the Company upon receipt of the Client’s order. No agreement shall be concluded until such confirmation is given.

Quotations are given on the basis of the Client’s description of the source material, the purpose of the translation and any other instructions that the Client provides. Such quotations may be amended at any time if, at our sole discretion, the description of the source materials is materially inadequate or inaccurate.

Payments

Payments are processed by a secure payment platform and Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted. All payments shall be made without deduction or set-off bank charges.

Failure to pay any invoice in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or any other agreed terms specified in writing at the time, shall entitle the company to suspend further work both on the same order, and on any other order from you, without prejudice to any other right we may have.

Any payments made through our site will appear as, TDGG, CYPRUS, on your bank statement as the billing descriptor. 

Completion of work and deliveries

When placing an order the client must specify the urgency of the requested translation by choosing from the following delivery options: Non-urgent translations which will be completed in five to seven business days, urgent translations to be completed within 36-48 hours. 

In order for the client to request an urgent translation then they need to ensure that all of the source material they provide at the time of the order is accurate and correct.

The company will not be liable for delays in the instance of any incorrect source material which requires any additional amendments.

All work is delivered electronically to clients via email.

Cancellation and refunds

If the Client for any reason cancels work which has been commissioned by the Company, charges will be payable for all work completed up to the cancellation date and for all other costs and expenses which may accrue as a result of a cancellation.

Refunds are not accepted and will only be considered in very rare circumstances. If the work delivered differs greatly from the order that was originally placed then a request for a refund will need to be placed within three days of receiving the order. Refund requests after this period will not be accepted. If a refund request is accepted a refund will be issued to the customer, refunds can take anywhere from 5-7 days for customers to receive.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall have no liability to the Client for i) any loss of profit, ii) loss of business, iii) loss of revenue, or iv) indirect or consequential loss; arising under or in connection with the Agreement, the Services or the Order.

Laws, jurisdictions and indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless www.translateyourdocuments.com and our officers, directors, suppliers and partners against any third party claims, damages or losses arising from either you violation of these terms or your violation of any third party.

Please note that these terms of use and its subject matter are all governed by the country of CYPRUS.
